How much does shipping cost?

Nothing! Free shipping is available on all orders placed on our website.

No, you do not need to sign for your package.

What is your shipping policy?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Your order will be delivered 5 -10 business days after it has been shipped, depending on the state you live in. Some states may receive their orders sooner.

How do I order a personalized item?

To order a personalized item, simply add the item to your cart and enter the desired text in the "Personalization" field on the product page.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. When you purchase an item that is personalized, or on sale, there are no returns. All sales are final.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, G Pay and more.

What if I'm not home when my package arrives?

If you are not home when your package arrives, it will be delivered to your mailbox or left at your door.

I received a damaged item, what should I do?

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service department and we will be happy to assist you.

What do I do if my package is marked as delivered but I have not received it?

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you should first check with your neighbors or anyone else who might have accepted the delivery. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact your local police department. For all other claims, please contact USPS or us so we can file an insurance claim on your behalf.

How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel the order if it has not been shipped. However, if the item is personalized, we cannot cancel the order after 1 business day.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by logging into your account on the website or my clicking track my order on the link at the bottom of the website.

How are your designs printed?

We use DTF sublimation or HTV vinyls for our designs. The product description will list the printing method for each product.

Why don't you have a store front?

We don't have a store front because we are an online-only business. We sell our products exclusively through our website. This allows us to keep our overhead costs low, so that we can offer our products at a lower price to our customers.
